P.C:- The petitioner, a Tribal who owns land bearing Gat No.39 admeasuring 1 Hectare 15 Ares in Mouje Rasalpur, District Nashik, desires to sell the holding and requires permission from the competent authority of the State under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The grievance is to petitioner's application dated 23rd February 2018 not being decided notwithstanding recommendations forwarded by the Divisional Commissioner on 18th June 2019.
