1) Heard. This is an application under section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in crime no. 873 of 2014 registered at Hariparvat Police Station, Agra, Uttar Pradesh for offence punishable under sections 418, 409, 418, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 r/w 120 (B) of Indian Penal Code 2) Applicant had approached the Court of Sessions. Learned Sessions Judge vide order dated 29/01/2015 has been inclined to protect the applicants to enable them to attend the concerned police station or seek pre-arrest bail in the High Court jurisdiction of Allahabad. Learned Sessions Judge had granted ism

2 5.191.15 aba protection for 10 days. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since Advocates at Allahabad were on strike, he could not take steps. Hence, prays for two weeks transit bail to enable the applicants to file an application under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before Allahabad Bench. 3) In view of this, applicants are hereby protected for a period of two weeks i.e. till 26/02/2015 within which time, he shall obtain necessary appropriate orders from Allahabad Bench.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, till 5.00 pm of 26/02/2015, applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each and one or two sureties each in the like amount. (ii) Other conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge shall be complied with.

(iii) Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order. (iv) Application stands disposed of.
