By this petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs. "a) This Hon'ble court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus and/or any other writ or Order directing the Respondent to implement the Order dated 18/01/2017, passed the Hon'ble Revenue Minister in Gaukhani33/0614/case No. 307/kha. b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above said petition the Respondent be directed to implement the Order dated 18/01/2017, passed he Hon'ble Revenue Minister in Gaukhani-33/0614/case No.307/kha. 1/2

- 2 - (WP 1535 of 2017) c) Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause b) be granted.

d) Any other further Order may kindly be passed in the interest of justice."

The Petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction, directing the Authority to implement the order dated 18.1.2017 passed by the Hon'ble State Ministry.

This Court is not an Executing Court for the purpose of executing the order passed by the Minister. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate Forum, the writ petition is disposed of.
