Perused the affidavit of Shri Dahabhau Sayaji Joshi, Deputy Collector. Order dated 2nd August, 2013, passed by the Additional Collector has been annexed to the said affidavit. The said order has been passed in compliance with order dated 5th September, 2012. Though belatedly, the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, it is not a case of willful breach or disobedience of the order of this Court. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. Needless to state that it will be open for the petitioners to challenge the order dated 2nd August, 2013 by filing appropriate proceedings.
