This application seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed for non prosecution on 4th January, 2019 because on the said date as well, none appeared for the Petitioners. Today since, none appeared for the Applicants, this Civil Application is in fact required to be dismissed. However, in order to promote substantial justice, this Application is not dismissed and the order dated 4th January, 2019 is recalled and the Writ Petition No. 7831 of 2015 is restored.

Place the Writ Petition on 9th April, 2019 on the supplementary board.
