There is no dispute about the fact that appointment of the Petitioner (Writ Petition No.1808/2022) as Shikshan by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.02.24 16:59:11 +0530 Sevak as well as the appointment of the Petitioner (Writ Petition RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE

rsk 35-WP-1808-22.doc No.1810/2022) as Assistant Teacher, both have received approval from Respondent No.5-Education Officer, Secondary. 3.

The facts of these Petitions are similar to the one involved in Writ Petition No.8966/2021, which has been decided today. These Petitions therefore also have to be decided on the similar lines as the said Petition.

The Petitions are allowed with the same reasons as stated in Writ Petition No.8966/2021, in terms of prayer clause (b) except for the time period to be given to Respondent Nos.1 to 5 for releasing Petitioner's salary. We further direct that the Petitioners salary of the Petitioner's be released in accordance with law at the earliest. No costs.
