Both the above petitions are filed for quashing the following four FIRs :
(1) FIR No.18 of 2015 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 295A and 34 of the IPC.
(2) FIR No.71 of 2015 registered with Mumbra Police Station, Thane City for offences punishable under Sections 295A and 34 of the IPC.
(3) FIR No.23 of 2015 registered with Rabodi Police Station, Thane City for offences punishable under Sections 295A and 34 of the IPC.

Mr. Saste, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned - Shri Brijesh P. Shinde, Police Inspector, State CID, Navi Mumbai, makes a statement that the said FIRs having been investigated by the concerned Police Station, they propose to file "C" Summary Report. Mr. Saste has placed on record the report of the Police InspectorShri Brijesh P. Shinde, State CID dated 27th March, 2019. 3.
Since "C" Summary Report is proposed to be filed in the subject FIRs, the grievance of the petitioners no more survives. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.
