Upon production, taken on board. 2] This petition challenges the order dated 2 February 2016, by which, the objections to the nomination of Respondent No.3 have been rejected by the District Deputy Registrar. In fact, the District Deputy Registrar has upheld the order of the Returning Officer accepting the nomination of Respondent No.3.

3] The election process is already underway. The Petitioner has an efficacious, alternate and statutory remedy by way of instituting the election petition, once the election concludes. 4] Therefore, keeping all contentions of the all the parties open, this petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
