This Court by order dated 17 February 2022 in Criminal Bail Application No.845 of 2019 granted regular bail to the present applicant inter-alia subject to the following condition : "(iii) The applicant shall report EOW, Pune once in a month on every first Saturday between 10.00 am. to 12.00 pm. till further order."

By the present application, the prayer is made to relax the abovesaid condition.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is still at the stage of charge. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents.
