The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 has tendered across the bar a copy of Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He submits that grievance of the petitioners will be considered keeping in view the said Government Resolution.

In that view of the matter, we hold and accept that respondent No.5 will consider the grievance of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with the aforesaid Government Resolution.
