Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitionerwife challenges the order dated 19th January 2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Solapur below Exh.29 in Petition A. No. 425 of 2012 by which the Trial Court directed both the parties to co-operate to expedite the main case without granting any ad-interim maintenance.

The learned Counsel Mr. Sakhare submits that he received instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondent. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today. He submits on instructions from his client that Petition No. 425 of 2012 has been disposed of by the Family Court on 4th October 2016 as well as Maintenance Application below Exh.29. Statement is accepted.

In view of subsequent developments and the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband, nothing survives in the present Petition. Same stands rejected as infrunctuous.
