Heard Mr. Amin Solkar, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Dedhia, the learned Prosecutor for the State.

Applicant is seeking his enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No.I-221 of 2020 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Applicant is husband of the deceased. Applicant's contention is that except extra-judicial confessions, there is Shivgan 1/2

28-BA-659-2021.odt no other evidence brought on record by the prosecution to establish the complicity of the applicant in causing death of his wife.

Be that as it may, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

At this point of time, Mr. Solkar, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.

Mr. Solkar, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the peculiar facts of the case, the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial in Sessions Case NO.11 of 2021.
