The Petition is premature. The Petitioner is required to answer the show cause notice. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed. It will be open for the Petitioner to contend that it is not possible to comply with any condition of the Consent, which will be considered by the Authority in accordance with law.
