3] Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined merits of the matter, particularly entitlement of the Petitioner for pension. I am informed that the representation of the Petitioner for releasing pension is pending since 14/11/2018 and though he has been 1/2

(9)WP-6016-19.doc superannuated in 2005, pension is not paid to him. This Court expects the Chief Officer to look into the said representation and take appropriate decision within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
