P.C:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in view of subsequent development and specifically as the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies by letter dated 13 February 2014, as the period of Managing Committee has expired today i.e. on 17 February 2015 and therefore, directed the society to submit the list of voters as of 17 February 2015 as per the format, therefore, not pressing this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. All points are kept open.
