Heard. Both the petitioners are claiming to be appointed as Assistant Teachers in the year 2007 by Respondent Nos.1 to 3. However, on going through the avernment made in the petition and also the documents filed on record, we find that the Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2022.03.29 17:40:07 +0530 appointment of the petitioners was of temporary nature and it RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE appears that it was not continued after their probation period was over. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that after 2011, none of the petitioners was in service. 2.

Considering all the above referred facts, we do not think that any flaw could be found in the decision of the

rsk 2 17-WP-2453-21.doc management in not including the names of the petitioners in the proposal which they had sent to the Deputy Director Education for grant in aid to the school run by the management. 3.
