Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Consent affidavit dated 02.02.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Applicants. 3.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a). quash and set aside the impugned FIR registered by the Respondent No. 1 being FIR No. 480 of 2020 registered on 17.09.2020 and the chargesheet drawn by the Respondent No. 1"
