Applicant is aggrieved by the orders passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. The application is now posted before the Sessions Court for hearing on 13th March, 2020. Applicant is willing to settle the matter. However, on perusal of the order dated 5th February, 2020, it is apparent that, the learned Judge observed the fact that subsequently the applicant is not willing to settle the matter. However, considering the fact that the matter has been posted for hearing on 13th March, 2020, same can be preponed. Learned Judge shall hear the application on 20th February, 2020. The application shall be decided in accordance with law without being infuenced by this order.
