Vide earlier order dated 02/01/2024, specific directions were issued to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to remove office objections otherwise appropriate order including dismissal of petition for non-removal of office objections will be passed.

Despite sufficient time was granted, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has failed to remove office objections.

However, instead of passing the order of dismissal for not removing office objections under Chapter XVII Rule 3(iii) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, it would be just and proper to grant two weeks time subject to condition.

In turn, two weeks time is granted to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner to remove office objections.

On failure, the Writ Petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
