There is no appearance for the petitioners today also. There was no appearance on 28/1/2019 when this Court has passed the following order:

"1.

Perused the order dated 24th November, 2018. There is no appearance for Petitioners or Respondent No.8. 2.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 5 informs that charge-sheet is ready for filing. A perusal of the order dated 24th November, 2018 shows that downloaded CCTV footage in a C.D. has been forwarded in a sealed envelope. Learned A.P.P. informs that Petitioners before this Court are accused persons who are requesting for quashing of FIR and also change of investigating agency.

In this situation, as Petitioners were present on the last occasion, we list the matter for further consideration, as a last chance to them, on 7th March, 2019. However, we permit the Investigating Officer to present the charge-sheet in the meanwhile."

In this situation, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution./ Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5.
