This application is filed for quashing and setting aside the C.R. N0.139 of 2014 registered with Kasarvadavli Police Station under Sections 498A, 406, 420, 495 r/w 34 of the IPC. 3.

We have perused the FIR, copy of which is annexed at Exh.D to the application. The FIR prima-facie discloses that the petitioner have subjected the complainant cruelty within the Uday S. Jagtap

129-15-apl=.doc meaning of Section 498A of the IPC. Prima-facie, commission of offence is disclosed.

We are, therefore, not inclined to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.

The Writ Petition is, dismissed.
