Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon within three weeks from today and he requested to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 05.05.2017 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 71 of 2016. 2.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 05.05.2017 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 71 of 2016 subject to condition that the applicant-Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within three weeks, failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the claimants are at liberty to execute the 1/2
