Learned counsel for the Applicants states that she has tried to serve the Respondents, however, the notice could not be served. Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 5 April 2016. Liberty to the Applicants, in addition, to serve the Respondent through the advocate engaged by him in the proceedings instituted under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which are pending in 69th Court at Mazgaon. In view of this position, the District Court at Pune, where the proceedings are pending, will grant suitable adjournment.
