By an order dated 30th November, 2021, this Court has granted bail to Ravindra Rajendra Dulgaj and another in C.R. No.7 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 307, 324, 506 (2), 143, 145, 147, 149 of the SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2024.03.26 19:14:18 +0530
Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000.

A bare look at the order would reveal that Bail Application No.2327 of 2021 qua the applicants - Ravindra Rajendra Dulgaj and Rahul Sunil Bidlan was disposed of, meaning thereby, this Court granted bail to both the applicants, however, since the order only depicts "applicant", Registry was in dilemma whether it is in respect of only Ravindra Rajendra Dulgaj or both the applicants. 3.
The writ issued by this Court reveals both the names viz: Ravindra Rajendra Dulgaj and Rahul Sunil Bidlan. 4.
It is informed to this Court that second applicant - Rahul Sunil Bidlan has not been released on bail despite grant of bail. 5.
The said applicant shall be released forthwith on executing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Till furnishing the surety, the applicant be released on furnishing cash security (cash bail) of Rs.10,000/- for a period of six weeks.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
