The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the above Appeal from Order. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. J. N. Jayale appearing for the Respondent opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 23 days in filing the Appeal from Order stands condoned. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- with the Maharashtra Legal Aid Fund within two weeks from date. List the Appeal from Order for admission on 01.09.2016.
