By this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No. 1022 of 2020 with the Yavat Police Station, Daund, Pune, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, the Police have not filed charge-sheet qua the petitioner, as they have found no evidence against him, during the
