DATED : 30th OCTOBER 2021 P.C:- My attention is invited to the order dated 18th February 2020 when the applicant was admitted to interim protection on consideration of the law revolving around Section 328 of the IPC. It was also recorded that identical issue was raised in every matters and hence, the protection came to be granted.

The case of the learned APP is not that the applicant has not co-operated with the investigation nor the learned APP has come up with a case as to why at this stage, the arrest of the applicant is necessary.

2/2 21 aba 396-20.doc I deem it appropriate to continue the interim relief granted in favour of the applicant by the earlier order subject to the condition that the applicant shall continue to render the cooperation in the investigation and report to the police station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Interim relief in favour of the applicant stands confirmed.
