She submitted that, if permission/leave granted, the police will file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Leave granted. 2) As the police are intending to file charge-sheet, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
