This application has been moved for restoration of the Civil Application by recalling and/or setting aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 28.9.2015. The learned Counsel for the ApplicantS submits that the matter was dismissed for want of removing office objections. The learned Counsel submits that the objection was in resepct of serving the respondents. Now, the respondents are served. He submits that he will remove other office objections, if any. 2.
