This civil application is to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent. The counsel for the applicant states that a copy of the civil application has been served upon the respondent and undertakes to file an affidavit of service within one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. It is the applicant's case that the respondent died on 2nd December 2013 and a copy of the Death Certificate was received by the applicant on 21st December 2013 from Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.
