This civil application is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs and the legal representatives of the respondents who died on 24th January 2015. The counsel for the applicant states that the advocate for the respondents has endorsed his 'no objection' on the copy of forwarding letter when the civil application was served.

In view thereof and for the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant to amend the cause title and serve a copy of the amended civil revision application upon the advocate for the respondents within two weeks from today.

Stand over to 21st March 2015.
