Not on Board. Taken on board by way of praecipe, for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 22 April 2015. The learned counsel for the Respondent states that Respondent may be permitted to withdraw the amount if the undertaking is not filed within a period of three weeks. It is not necessary to give this clarification as it is already provided in the order that in case the undertaking is not filed within stipulated period i.e. three weeks, interim protection granted shall stand withdrawn which will also include embargo upon the Respondent to withdraw the amount.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
