Heard. By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking a direction from this Court to the Respondents to allot the Gaothan Plot No.6 admeasuring 400 sq.mtrs. in Gat No.2B/1 totally admeasuring 2 H 75 R from village Koregaon Mul, Taluka Haveli, District Pune.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that they already made application dated 11th November, 2014 (Exhibit-C page 15 of the Petition) with Respondent No.4-The District Rehabilitation Officer, Pune which is pending for hearing and final disposal on its own Aswale 1/2

Hence without going into the merits of the matter the Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.4- The District Rehabilitation Officer, Pune to decide the Petitioner's application dated 11th November, 2014 on its own merits as expeditiously as possible within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
