1] This is an application for modification of the condition imposed on the applicant while releasing him on bail by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai by its order dated 2.2.2016. 2] By the said order dated 2.2.2016, the Trial Court has directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR and surety bond of Rs.2 lacs. It appears from the record that the applicant has been released on bail on his furnishing cash bail of Rs.1 lac.
3] Mr. Venegavkar, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-CBI submitted that appropriate orders may be passed.
4] In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to reduce the amount of PR and surety bond from Rs.2 lacs to Rs.1 lac. 5] Hence, the following order:- (i) The condition No.2 in order dated 2.2.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai is hereby modified and

(ii) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 2.2.2016 are not disturbed.
