Heard. Petitioner's case is that his application dated 9th January 2017 is required to be decided by Respondent no.2 but the same has yet not been decided. He submits that the Petitioner is intending to contest elections of Zilla Parishad and last date of filing of nomination form is 6th February 2017. Learned AGP submits that Respondents are supposed to decide the application within forth five days and the period has yet not expired.

Be that as it may, we expect Respondent no.2 to decide the application of Petitioner as expeditiously as possible. With this directions, the petition is disposed of.
