Heard. By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking a direction from this Court to the Respondents to allot the Gaothan Plot No.19 admeasuring 400 sq.mtrs. in Gat No.2B/1 totally admeasuring 2 H 75 R from village Koregaon Mul, Taluka Haveli, District Pune.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that they already made application dated March 2010 (Exhibit-C page 14 of the Petition) with Respondent No.4 District Rehabilitation Officer, Pune which is pending for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. Hence without going into merits of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.4 - District Rehabilitation Officer, Pune to decide the Petitioner's application dated March 2010 on Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

57.3630.18-wp.doc its own merits, as expeditiously as possible but in any case, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
