1] This is an application for modification of condition imposed while granting bail to the Applicant vide order dated 29th September, 2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 373 of 2016. The Applicant was directed to attend Kasturba Marg Police Station, Mumbai, on every alternate Monday between 11 am to 2 pm. The Applicant has availed of the bail facility.

osk 912-appp-162-2019.odt 2] Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has been attending the Police Station regularly in accordance with the aforesaid order. It is submitted that the attendance is provided since last two years and hence, the said condition be relaxed by permitting the Applicant to attend the Police Station once in two months. 3] Learned APP, on instructions from the officer, has submitted that there is no breach of condition of reporting the Police Station. 4] Considering the fact that since last two years, the Applicant has diligently complied the condition of reporting, the order dated 29th September, 2016 is modified by directing the Applicant to attend Kasturba Marg Police Station once in two months on first Saturday of the month between 11 am to 2 pm, till further order. Ordered accordingly. 5] The Application stands disposed of.
