s Railway Mobile Court, Andheri, Mumbai to any other Court of Magistrate mainly on the ground that the Magistrate concerned has not given ample opportunity to the Applicant to argue the matter. The same is reflected in the order dated 16/12/2022.

In view of the above, the Application stands disposed of with directions to the learned Magistrate to give sufficient time to both the parties to make out their case and even decide the Application at Exhibit - 49 within a period of one month from the date of this order and Application at Exhibit - 3 within next three months.
