Petition is filed for direction to the respondent to lodge and register F.I.R. on the basis of complaint Exhibit-B (page 10). Having perused complaint Exhibit-B, we find that same is a notice issued by the petitioner's lawyer to Senior Inspector of Police, Kandivali Police Station. The same does not comply with the provisions of Section 154 of Cr. P.C. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition.
3.
The petitioner, however, is at liberty to approach in-charge officer of the concerned police station with a complaint and in the event such complaint is filed, in-charge officer of the concerned police station shall hold an inquiry and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days from the date of making complaint.
4.
Subject to above, Writ Petition is disposed of. (R.G.KETKAR, J.) (RANJIT MORE,J.)
