This is an Application filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 by order dated 18/10/2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.642/2016. 2.

Neither the Applicant nor his counsel is present. It is seen that since 2017, the Applicant has not removed office objections and has not taken steps to serve the Respondents.
