At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application, after filing of the charge-sheet before the appropriate Court. He submits that during the pendency of this Application, chargesheet has been filed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits and if an Application for regular bail is preferred by the Applicant, after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid Application.
