Appellant is the the original complainant in C.R No.563 of 2018 registered with Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune for offences under Sections 352, 504, 506 of IPC and u/s.3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Appellant is aggrieved by order dated 5th December 2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Pune granting anticipatory bail to the respondent nos.1 to 4.

Advocate for Appellant and Respondent nos.1 to 4 submitted that parties have resolved their dispute. There are cross cases filed by both sides and in view of settlement, both sides have initiated appropriate proceedings for quashing the FIR and the said proceedings are pending in this Court.

In view of the settlement between parties, learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 5.

Considering submissions, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off.
