Heard learned counsel Mr. Jani for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is one of the accused in the criminal case arising out of C.R. No. 23/ 2011 registered at Kherwadi Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 465, 468,471 & 120-B r/w. 34 Indian Penal Code. Investigation is complete and the chargesheet has been filed. The learned additional public prosecutor submits that further investigation is in progress and the same is with the Economic Offence Wing of Mumbai Police.

spb/ 925appp124-15.doc The applicant is a citizen of India and permanent resident of Mumbai. He wants to travel abroad to visit his daughter. In my view, there should not be any apprehension that the applicant will not return back or flee from justice. Hence, I pass following order :

i.

The applicant is permitted to travel abroad during the period between 19th February, 2015 to 30th April,2015.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
