The applicant Pravin Pawar-Original Accused No.5, has been, inter alia, convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w. 149 of IPC. The Applicant is now seeking bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that co-accused Rahul Nitnaware, i.e. Original Accused No.6, has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 27th January 2016 in Criminal Application No.1543 of 2015. He further submitted that the co-accused Sunil Kakade, Original 1/2 APPA-173-16.doc
Accused No.3, has also been granted bail by this Court by order dated 10th February 2016 in Criminal Application No.1564 of 2015. The learned counsel Mr. Talukdar submitted that the case of the applicant is the same as that of co-accused Rahul Nitnaware and co-accused Sunil Kakade. Hence, he has prayed for bail on the ground of parity. 4.
The learned A.P.P. admitted that the role of the applicant is the same as that of Rahul Nitnaware and Sunil Kakade. In this view of the matter, we are inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence, the following order :- "O R D E R"
(i) Applicant - Pravin Prakash Pawar be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up the said amount. During the period that the applicant is on bail, he shall report to Bibewadi Police Station, Pune once in a month i.e. on first Saturday of every month.
