P.C.:- Mr. Bohra, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 3rd March, 2021, the Applicant has deposited the said Demand Draft of Rs.5,00,000/- in the Registry of the Appellate Court and as per his instructions, the same has now been realized.

The record further indicates that, in furtherance of Order dated 12th March, 2020 passed by this Court, the Applicant has been taken into custody on 27th January, 2021 for serving his remaining sentence. That, the Applicant as of today has deposited Rs.15,50,000/- out of total compensation of Rs.21,00,000/- awarded by Appellate Court. The 1/2

No.5308/SS/2010 on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
