Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. A writ of mandamus is prayed for directing registration of F.I.R. 2.

The petitioner has not taken recourse to the remedy available under Sub-section (1) and Sub-section (3) of Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
