The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that having regard to the period for which the applicant has been incarcerated, the trial may be expedited.

The applicant is in custody since June, 2021. 5.

The submission is justifiable.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case arising out of CR No.353 of 2021 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.1134 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of the communication of this order.

The applicant would render the necessary cooperation for expeditious conclusion of the trial and shall not seek adjournment.

8.

In the event the trail is not concluded in the aforesaid period, the applicant shall have the liberty to revive the prayer for bail.

9.

Application stands disposed.
