Parties to the application are the tenants and the landlord. They have settled the dispute and executed the consent terms on 28th December, 2022. The applicants and the respondent are present in the Court. They admit the contents and their signatures on the consent terms. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties, on instructions, submits that the consent terms have been acted upon. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.

Civil Revision Application No. 249/2014 stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

It is clarified that the Office of the High Court shall permit and allow the Respondent to withdraw all the amount deposited by the Applicants as per clause 1(i) of the consent terms.
