This is an Application by the State for deleting name of Respondent No. 1/1 Smt. Indubai Jayendra Patil from record because she has expired and her legal heirs and representatives are already on record. The Appeal is arising out of Land Acquisition Act 1894.

In view of the averments in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). The Applicant/State is permitted to delete name of Respondent No.1/1 at its own risk. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of Yugandhara Patil 1 /2
