By this application the applicant seeks extension of two

Learned Counsel for the applicant has annexed various medical reports, showing the medical condition of the applicant, who is presently in the ICU in the Hospital at Aurangabad. 5.

Perused the papers, in particular, the medical certificates annexed to the application.

Having regard to the medical condition of the applicant, we allow the application.

Accordingly, we grant extension of time of two months, to the applicant to comply with the order dated 20th January, 2023. 8.

Application is disposed of.
